PURPOSE: This is a notice of a public hearing and comment period for proposed changes to the INLIVIAN, formerly the Charlotte Housing Authority, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan. The hearing will be conducted by the INLIVIAN Board of Commissioners.
