INLIVIAN Impact

Family, Opportunity, Leadership, Community

We Asked Our Residents What Home Means to Them

What we learned was ‘Our INLVIAN is Your INLIVIAN

All of us need help at one point or another and the families we serve need the same, but what doesn’t change is what home means to each and every one us.

“I Couldn’t Be Me, Without Them”

Impacting legacy, one family at a time

Ayeshia Wright was a young mom who moved to Charlotte from Rochester, New York in search of a better life for her and her family. With the help of INLIVIAN (then the Charlotte Housing Authority) Ayeshia graduated from college and is now a thriving nurse practioner committed to helping families overcome life’s hurdles.

At Our CORE: INLIVIAN’s Life Coaches Make All the Difference

Changing lives feels like joy

INLIVIAN Life Coaches help our residents clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle so they can break the cycle of poverty. INLIVIAN Life Coach Kimberly Caldwell helps our families make the most of their strengths, while providing the support they need to achieve long-lasting change.
