Developed through a public private partnership between INLIVIAN, Urban Atlantic, and Horizon Development Properties, Trella Uptown represents a bold step forward. As a first-of-its-kind mixed-income luxury community in North Carolina, it reflects what is possible when collaboration, vision, and commitment align.

This 353-unit community offers thoughtfully designed homes for residents across a range of incomes, creating space where teachers, healthcare workers, service professionals, seniors, and families can live with dignity and stability in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Trella Uptown is more than a building. It is a statement about who belongs in thriving communities.
