Healthy Employees

Paid Leave Benefits:

So that employees may benefit from a period of rest and relaxation during the year, we offer paid annual leave, sick leave, and holiday benefits.


Our benefits package includes core medical plans that provide a foundation for the health and well-being of our staff. We offer comprehensive medical and prescription coverage, which includes a Health Reimbursement Account paid for by INLIVIAN. We also offer free dental and vision plans for employee-only coverage and reduced dental and vision premiums for employee-plus coverage when participating in the Agency’s medical plan.

On-Site Fitness Center:

INLIVIAN recognizes the link between exercise and improved health and increased productivity. For convenience, to help manage stress, and to help you achieve a greater work-life balance, we offer employees a free on-site fitness center.

Wellness Initiatives:

We believe that healthy and engaged employees are happy employees. Our wellness initiatives are designed to help employees prevent or overcome health-related concerns by creating and maintaining healthy habits and behaviors. We consider many aspects of employee health, both mental and physical. This is why we offer a range of free wellness activities through trusted community partners and educational workshops through LIV University.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):

INLIVIAN provides a valuable benefit to all employees and their immediate family members known as the EAP. The EAP offers help for personal and/or professional concerns by providing free, confidential, short-term counseling and personal consultation.

Healthy Finances:


INLIVIAN employees participate in the North Carolina Local Government Employees’ Retirement System (LGERS) pension plan, and automatically become members effective on their date of hire.

NC Deferred Compensation Plan (457 Plan):

To help our employees reach their retirement goals, employees may voluntarily participate in the NC 457 Plan through Prudential.

Tuition Reimbursement:

We recognize the role that continuing education plays in the lives of INLIVIAN team members. In commitment to assisting employees in furthering their education and training, we offer partial reimbursement of approved tuition expenses and fees for programs relevant to their career.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA):

INLIVIAN provides employees with the opportunity to save money on healthcare and/or dependent care expenses by participating in a tax advantaged FSA.

Free Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance:

INLIVIAN provides employees with free life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Further, INLIVIAN provides employees with free family coverage to spouses and dependent children and the opportunity to supplement their group insurance benefits by purchasing additional coverage.

Disability Income Benefits:

In the event you become disabled from a non-work-related injury or sickness, disability benefits are offered as a source of income. INLIVIAN provides employees with short-term and long-term disability income benefits and pays the full cost of this coverage.
